So now, you can Digg something, blog about something being dugg, like I'm doing. Rate something with a thumbs up at stumbleupon, review something for stumbleupon, etc. I remember the good old days when it was enough to blog about something and get comments to your post. Now, it's much more competitive in that to truly get noticed someone has to really digg what you're saying, or review it positively, or suggest it as something worth "stumbling upon". Once someone really grooves on what you're saying, its a great way to let others know to get on board and check it out.
I'm wondering what happens if I digg something that is already dugg on stumbleupon. And maybe the people using stumbleupon.com would submit that digg url and rate it and review it, and so on. It's certainly easy to spend more time digging and stumbling than actually publishing content!
