Man, now that's even more I owe Uncle Sam.  In case you haven't heard, the males of the United States will now owe tax on their manhood, effective January 1st of this year.   The IRS has stated the new tax brackets are as follows:

10-12" :  $300 Luxury Tax

8-10" : $250 Pole Tax 

5-8" : $150 Privilege Tax

3-5": $30 Nuisance Tax

Capital gains are owed for anything in excess of 12, and under 4 is eligible for a refund.    Please do not ask for an extension...
